After spending years in the corporate world, I followed my passion for creating content that inspires women to show up confidently in every season of life. Whether I’m styling an affordable Amazon find, sharing wardrobe staples, reviewing beauty products, or discovering little luxuries that make everyday life feel special, my goal is simple:

A little about me…
I’m an Atlanta-based content creator, U.S. Air Force veteran, and proud Georgia State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA.
Long before fashion became my focus, I was a certified group fitness instructor for eight years and the creator of the Jiggle Free Zone Online Fitness Studio, where I encouraged women to prioritize their health and confidence. That same passion for helping women feel their best is still at the heart of everything I do today—it’s simply expressed through style instead of squats.
