For those who say you don’t have equipment 💪 at home to 🏋️♀️ workout. Here’s a ⏰ quick shoulder, leg & ab workout you can do anywhere. No equipment needed. Enjoy!
WORKOUT (repeat as many times as desired):
Warmup: Alternating Single Leg Downdog – 8 – 10 reps
Shoulder Warmup – Modified Tricep Pushups – 4 Reps
Shoulders, Legs & Abs:
Chaturanga, Updog, Downdog, Plank – 4 reps
Obliques: Outer + Inner Knee Pulls – 4 reps
Stretch – Child’s Pose
