Hey Crew, I’m back with my favorite kickboxing workout Turbo Kick Round 84! This fat-burning, ab defining workout combines cardio kickboxing with body-sculpting HIIT intervals. This fun, high energy kick boxing routine will help you get lean, burn calories and reduce fat and is my go to weapon for staying #fitandfabulous!

Workout Schedule

For weight loss and increased cardiovascular endurance, I recommend at least 30 minutes of cardio, 3 days per week. You can do Turbo Kick 3 days a week or mix and match your favorite cardio routines.

Each Turbo Kick round is designed to do for 6-8 weeks to allow yourself time to master the choreography and learn proper form and technique. Mastering the choreography gives you a better class experience while learning proper form enables you to fully engage the targeted muscle groups to maximize your results.
