Much needed rest day.

I’m taking today off from exercise (except for ab work) to give myself a rest day and let my body recover from the all the intense working out I’ve been doing in preparation for Thanksgiving.  It’s hard because I love to exercise and it can be addicting.  But my body tells me when it needs a break so I try hard to listen.  Today my calorie deficit will have to come strictly from what I eat.  So less calories in today since I won’t be burning any with exercise.
