Feeling like a million bucks after a kick butt session the The Lab today! Started with Chalean Extreme Push 2: shoulders, delts, lunges & deadlifts. Finished up with lower body interval training with CE Fat Burn Challenge. Gonna be looking sculpted and sexy in that black dress and bronzed shoulders at the Christmas party tonite 😉 WOO HOO!!
