My eating has been horrible lately! And we all know nutrition is 80% of getting optimal results. I love summer, but it certainly brings it challenges and temptations for eating all the burgers and dogs and beer at the cookouts and pool parties, right?!
I kept trying to figure why my discipline has slacked off lately, and it dawned on me that my diet is too restrictive. I’m eating the same foods over and over, not eating well balanced meals, so I’m craving the foods I’ve been denying myself. So, I recreated my meal plan (My Meal Planner on Team Beachbody) to add more variety to my diet and am committed to following it for the next 30 days.
