I was supposed to do P90X Ab Ripper X and Legs & Back yesterday but didn’t get a chance to. So I just finished and am having a Recovery formula. I love working legs, but that workout is TOUGH esp all the pull ups. I’ve been exhausted all week this first week, so I’m making sure I drink R&R after the major workouts. I need it!
Since I have Fit Club on Mondays, I’m switching up my schedule so Tues is my rest day. I’ll do Kenpo X tonite, Fit Club tomorrow and rest on Tuesday. This is definitely a tough program and I’m currently in the “I hate it” stage ;-). But I’m looking forward to the results. Thanks goodness for my accountability partner!
Clean eating has been on point, except for a BBQ Chicken pizza at California Pizza Kitchen yesterday. But I order it on thin whole wheat crust.
