Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
This DIY honey mustard salad dressing is yummy and has less fat than store-bought brands. Best of all, since it’s homemade, you can adjust it to your tastes.
Ingredients:
½ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain greek yogurt
3 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp raw honey
3 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Combine yogurt, mustard, honey, and vinegar in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until well blended.
Servings 8 (2 tbsp each).
