How I Get Back into Exercise After Falling Off the Wagon!

OMG, the struggle is REAL!  I’ve been struggling so much with exercise lately.  There are many culprits  – injury, work and well, just LIFE.  I haven’t been in this space in a long, long time, and I’m struggling to understand why it’s been so difficult getting back into exercise consistently.  But what I do know is I have to get back on track!

While doing my workout today, I was inspired to blog about it.  I mean, if it’s happening to me, it has to have happened to you! So I decided to share the top 4 things I do to get back on track with exercise after I’ve fallen off the wagon.   1. Start with a workout that includes cardio + weights.
  2. Follow along with a home exercise DVD
  3. Incorporate a step or bench
  4. Clean up my diet.
