Shakeology: Keeping me 40 Fit & Firm!
These were the pants that were too tight & digging in my waist!
It’s no secret that I’ve struggled with nutrition lately. I basically eat clean, but have been having way too many cheat meals, carbs and late nite snacks lately (ughhhh!).
Surprisingly though, I’ve been able to maintain my goal weight (137) and maintain a solid size 4. Sure, I get my share of exercise in each week, but we all know nutrition = 80% of results! It just dawned on me that Shakeology has been my true saving grace by replacing one meal a day – religiously!
Shakeology is only 140 cals, so to increase the calorie count to make a meal, I generally add 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 sc protein powder and weight control maple brown sugar oatmeal. And when I really want a treat, I add a 1/2 banana to the mix! Talking about DE-LICIOUS!!!! Not only am I getting all my daily fruits and veggies, I’m getting protein, healthy fat and whole grains all in one cold and creamy “wonder” Shake! No need to cook and is the EASIEST most well rounded healthy meal on earth! Go Shakeology! You ROCK!!
