- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fat-free feta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place in a roaster or baking dish and shape into a loaf. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
